Management Services

Program Management:
We employ a PMI© compliant methodology to provide our clients with a robust project management structure. We combine Earned Value Management (EVM), proven professionals and experience gained from past projects to deliver the highest quality in project oversight. We have managed numerous high visibility projects including support for one of the three existing Grants Management Consortia Leads.
Financial Management:
We help federal clients comply with the Chief Financial Officers Act (CFO Act), implement Financial Systems Integration Office (FSIO) controls (formerly JFMIP), and define activities in response to the Federal Financial Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA). We improve financial environments through rigorous processes, meticulous review of regulations, and expertise in federal financial systems and controls. As evidence of our experience and expertise, e-Source Technologies was selected by the Department of Education and the Department of the Interior to oversee the implementation of solutions for improved financial management.
Grants Management:
Is your agency grants ready? Monitoring and accountability of grants is a top priority of federal grant-making agencies. Our grant services are designed to improve all phases of the federal grant life-cycle including pre-award, post-award and closeout. We have been involved in the Grants Management Line of Business (GMLoB) since inception. e-Source was chosen to establish a Consortia Lead Project Management Office (PMO), which included a governance structure, service level agreements (SLAs), memorandums of understanding (MOUs) and a service fee structure. We also support federal grant-making agencies in preparing and submitting required fit/gap studies and migration strategies.
